My co-worker and I have come up with a way to eat healthier lunches and hopefully lose a bit of weight. We are going to eat salads for lunch during the week. To keep each other on track, we're going to take turns making the daily salad.
The ingredients for the salads we make will be posted here once or twice a week. That's so I can keep a record of the good ones to make again; and perhaps others would like new ideas for salads too.
