Week Twenty-Five: two yummy lunches and then Easter long weekend!

Me – Monday: under-the-weather with a cold

  • Chicken and vegetable soup (store-bought)



J – Wednesday: 
  • Sweet and Pontiac potatoes
  • Steamed omelette with mushrooms, baby tomatoes, shallots, ham and cheese
  • Sliced iceberg lettuce
  • Cucmber
  • Fresh green chilli, coriander, mint, parsley and sage
  • Homemade mayo
