Me – Monday:
- Mixed salad leaves
- Cucumber
- Carrot
- Red capsicum
- Camembert cheese chunks
- Balsamic vinegar
J – Tuesday:
- Baked sweet potato
- Mixed lettuce leaves
- Sliced mushrooms
- Baby Roma tomatoes
- Carrot
- Cucumber
- Coconut flakes
Me – Wednesday:
- Bacon bits
- Sautéed (after the bacon) leaks, onions and eggplants
- Tinned corn kernels
- Grated cheddar cheese
- Balsamic vinegar and dukkah for flavour
J – Thursday:
- Mixed lettuce leaves
- Red capsicum
- Baby Roma tomatoes
- Carrot
- Cucumber
- Snow peas
- Celery
- Fresh sage and parsley from the garden
- Homemade dressing with olive oil, tomato paste and chilli
- A bit of balsamic to serve
